We help customers organise bill, tariff, usage and site information so they can understand possible next steps. A business review may consider retail pricing, tariff structure, peak demand, solar, battery storage or off-grid feasibility.
Our website information and initial findings are general and indicative. They are not a guaranteed saving, formal quote, engineering design, retailer offer or automatic provider switch.
How independence and referrals work
EBN Australia is not an electricity retailer. Where a requested service requires a retailer, broker, installer or other provider, we may make a relevant referral. We may receive a referral fee if a customer proceeds, but the customer remains free to choose another provider.
For business decision makers
Our commercial pathway begins with the site's postcode, the requester's decision role, legal business identity and a short energy profile. A bill can be supplied initially or later. If interval data is needed, a separate provider-specific authority is required before any data request is made.
